gabby07 -Do i have a spirit around me?

Hi,

i've always been interested in the spirit world and i love the show 'Ghost Whisper'. i'm 39 and my grandmother (my mum's mum) died when i was four and i never met any of my other grandparents. I've never felt that i have spirits around me, are they around me and if they are, how will i know they're around? Will they leave signs for me, should i try talking to them?
